1. General

By purchasing a ticket and attending the MSFT King of Whips Afterparty (“the Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. MSFT Productions Ltd (“the Organiser”) reserves the right to update these terms at any time.



2. Tickets

All ticket sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or postponed. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law. Valid photo ID is required for entry. This is an R18 event — no exceptions. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a disorderly, intoxicated, or unsafe manner.



3. Event Changes & Cancellation

The Organiser may change the event date, venue, or lineup due to unforeseen circumstances. If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be contacted via email and provided refund instructions. In the case of postponement, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.



4. Health & Safety

All attendees must follow venue and security staff instructions. Dangerous or illegal items (including drugs, weapons, or fireworks) are strictly prohibited. The Organiser takes no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.



5. Photography & Media

By entering the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. MSFT Productions Ltd may use images or video footage for marketing and promotional purposes, both now and in the future.



6. Liability

Attendees participate at their own risk. The Organiser, venue, and event partners accept no liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from attendance at the event, except where required by law.



7. Code of Conduct

Respect the venue, the staff, and other attendees. Anti-social or aggressive behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund. We aim to create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all.
